FHA 203K Renovation

The FHA 203k renovation loan program provides funds for both the purchase and renovation of a owner occupied home packaged into one mortgage loan. Once the purchase of the home is closed, renovation funds are held in escrow to pay for pre-determined renovation work done by approved renovation contractors.

Reverse Mortgage

A HECM reverse mortgage is a type of mortgage loan that is insured by the FHA (Federal Housing Administration) and is available only to homeowners aged 62 or older that enables a borrower to convert part of the equity in their home into cash.

Cash out refinance

A cash-out refinance lets you take advantage of the equity you’ve built, by paying your mortgage or because your home increased in value. You can refinance the balance of your mortgage and receive the difference in cash.
